• We formulate comprehensive intellectual property strategies involving identifying the IP of clients and their competitors, and devising offensive and defensive strategies to protect our client's core and ancillary IP.
  
  
• It includes Drafting, filing and prosecuting applications in respect of copyrights, industrial designs and trademarks. We also co-ordinate with international law firms in the procedural aspects of the IP registration process.
  
  
• Advising, structuring, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a diverse range of intellectual property agreements including license agreements, assignment agreements, reseller agreements, service provider agreements etc.
